Z Chat is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children. This document outlines our standards and practices for preventing and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any visual depiction (photographs, videos, drawings, or digital renderings) of child sexual abuse.
- Content that sexually solicits minors.
- Content that endangers minors, including grooming or trafficking.
- Links to any of the above content on third-party sites.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of the user's account and, where legally required, a report will be made to law enforcement authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content
Users are required to adhere to our Terms of Service, which expressly forbid the creation, sharing, or storage of any unlawful or harmful content, with a specific emphasis on CSAM. By using Z Chat, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm minors.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
We utilize a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify and remove prohibited content. Our safety features, such as the ability for users to block and report others, are a key part of our enforcement strategy.
- User Blocking: Users can block anyone they do not wish to interact with, preventing all forms of communication.
- Reporting: Users are strongly encouraged to report any content or behavior they suspect violates our safety standards.
4. How to Report a Violation
If you encounter any content or user that you believe violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately.
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Block" feature on a user's profile to cease interaction and implicitly flag the user for our review systems.
- Direct Contact: For urgent and direct reports, please contact our safety team at our designated point of contact email address with the subject line "URGENT: Child Safety Report". Provide the username of the offending user and a description of the violation.
